“It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. ”

“Staff were truly wonderful despite some language barriers but always willing to help. Manager was so helpful to me , and kind , allowing me use his phone to call home (NZ) as I was not able to use my own phone at the time. Views from my room were amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for others on a budget.”

“We had some check in issues with the room but the general manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and we had the most comfortable and best stay. “The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...

“We, as a family, had wonderful experiences at this Hotel. Checkin was smooth. Food was awesome. View from the room were breathtaking, beautiful! It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation. Checkout had a glitch with International credit cards, but managed with UPI payment options. One word of caution though, this place is not for the faint hearted people, its very stiff climb up the stairs to top...

“well, the property is high in hilltop, difficult to travel in car and high altitude walk if once fancies them. The food is extravagant variety of dishes served, and staff service is good. the hotel is good too only the problem came in the form of using toiletry facilities.
